Whereas the Client will provide Delora with the payment of fifty-two dollars plus HST before service will begin. Whereas the Client and Delora will communicate by phone or email during the agreement. Whereas the rights and obligations of this agreement are not transferrable. Whereas the terms of the agreement can not be changed without the written consent of both parties.
